Apleona HSG Facility Management, a global market leader in integrated facility management with 17,000 employees, was consolidating financial and sales reports for 31 companies across 26 countries and 13 currencies. Management accounting relied on up to five Excel reports per company per month — around 1,300 files a year — a manual, error-prone and time-consuming process that made standardized, efficient reporting infeasible.
The team selected Jedox for its price-performance and flexibility, built a web reporting portal and completed an in-house international rollout with consultant support. Jedox Integrator (ETL) links Microsoft Dynamics NAV and other systems, automates currency conversion and P&L mapping, and exports XML to SAP in seconds (down from a full day). Today about 75 users access real-time group results via the web or Excel add-in, enabling faster, accurate reporting that the accounting team can maintain and extend.
