The new process reduced cycle‑book generation from two hours to ten minutes, goes live within six days of implementation, performs nightly recalculations of customer classifications, and gives users direct access to segmentations and history in the CRM—freeing up time for higher‑value tasks and enabling faster, more reliable sales and marketing planning.
