DÜRR DENTAL expands Jedox use case in over 40 countries worldwide

Dürr Dental SE, a global medical-technology group active in over 40 countries, needed to replace fragmented Excel reporting across multiple ERPs (IFS, Epicor) with a flexible, scalable solution for company-wide performance management, consistent KPIs and faster, more transparent sales and financial reporting.

They implemented the Jedox EPM platform to integrate diverse data sources and deliver a daily sales dashboard, contribution-margin reporting, automated FX handling and a planning workflow. The system now supports finance, controlling, sales, service and QM, is used by ~250 users, and delivers daily-updated turnover figures (instead of month-late reports), faster month-end processes, consistent KPIs and easy scalability as the company grows.
