Pernod Ricard Deutschland, the Cologne-based arm of the global spirits group, needed more detailed HR reporting than their existing, manually maintained Excel files and aggregated cost‑centre views could provide. They wanted a flexible planning solution that delivered granular personnel and cost figures down to individual employees and a single source of truth for HR data while meeting strict data‑protection requirements.
Using Jedox with implementation support from HICO‑Group, payroll and HR data were integrated into a central Jedox HR cube via the Jedox Excel interface, enabling monthly and per‑employee cost breakdowns, automatic FTE calculations and drill‑through to ERP postings. Access is controlled to the cell level and the HR cube is restricted to HR and management; the solution went live for testing within two months, is scalable, integrates with existing financial/sales controlling, and is ready for expansion to web reports and additional markets.
