To do this, Bliss turned to Jebbit and used its quiz-based engagement experience to better understand shoppers’ skincare routines, preferences, and needs while capturing attention across digital channels.
Jebbit helped Bliss launch a skincare quiz that matched customers to products based on skin type, distributed through Instagram, email, and Bliss’s website. The campaign delivered 25x more swipes on Instagram posts, a 91% quiz completion rate, 34% on-site lead capture, and a 167% increase in email open rates, giving Bliss more accurate customer profiles and richer personalization data.
