Achieving True Self is a behavioral-health provider serving Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia that offers data-driven treatment and consultation for individuals and families. By 2018 the organization was struggling to find enough qualified, professional behavior consultants and technicians, and lacked visibility into where applicants were coming from and how to build a stronger candidate pipeline.

They implemented JazzHR’s user-friendly ATS and quickly used features like Categories (evergreen talent pools), Discussion/Merge tools, Knockout Questions, Candidate Importer and eDocuments to streamline sourcing and collaboration. As a result they ramped recruiting fast, processed about 3,600 resumes, created 216 jobs, made more than 175 hires, and now maintain a more organized, higher-quality talent pipeline.
