Signal 88 Security is a franchise network of 119 independently owned locations that provides patrol, concierge, virtual monitoring and software-driven security solutions. Hiring across franchises needed to attract candidates from law enforcement and the military while accommodating each owner’s unique workflows, but the organization’s previous centralized ATS was clunky, inflexible and slowed franchise onboarding and growth.
Signal 88 implemented JazzHR in October 2017, giving each franchise a configurable, branded instance with standardized job descriptions, career pages and analytics while remaining easy to initialize (often under a week) and affordably scalable. The platform helped Signal 88 create 1,050 jobs and collect 38,000 resumes, cut time from application to interview confirmation from an average of 8.5 days to as few as 3, and deliver improved screening outcomes (42% auto-reject, 51% phone-screen-to-interview rate, 72% hire rate after in-person interviews) while supporting KPIs like a 30‑day time‑to‑fill and rapid candidate contact.
