How One HR Consulting Service Increased Customer Retention and Revenue with the JazzHR Partner Program

SevenStar HR, founded in 2015, is a 25-person HR consulting firm that helps small businesses (10–150 employees) with hiring, training and performance management and serves over 150 clients. In early 2020 they realized their legacy ATS lacked key features and that switching platforms threatened client relationships and the “EffectiveHiring” offering they provide to customers.

Partnering with JazzHR’s Partner Program gave SevenStar a dedicated Partner Sales Manager, access to the Accounts Portal, Knockout Questions and Candidate Texting, and a Marketplace listing—making client transitions smoother, speeding candidate screening, and expanding lead flow. With JazzHR’s support they improved client retention, increased revenue by 63% in 2020, and plan to roll out custom-branded hiring software via JazzHR’s White Label platform.
