Novo/scale is a Miami-based IT outsourcing and talent agency (with locations in Colombia) that helps companies hire and manage cloud engineering teams. With more than 50 internal recruiters, their hiring process became chaotic: an overly complex ATS pushed vital candidate information into inboxes, notepads, and spreadsheets, slowing hires, losing candidates, and diverting managers from strategic work.

In 2012 Novo/scale implemented JazzHR for its clean UI, automated workflows, and integrations (HackerRank, CareerBuilder, Outlook Calendar, BambooHR, Monster), quickly getting recruiters into a single, usable system.
