Cincom Systems, a long-established software provider, needed a better reporting and analytics platform for its Synchrony contact-center solution. The existing third-party reporting tool carried high licensing costs, caused integration and upgrade headaches, and didn’t fit Cincom’s goal of standardizing on a flexible, cost‑effective reporting platform across products.

Cincom replaced the legacy tool with JasperSoft (JasperReports, iReport/JasperStudio, and JasperServer), embedding reporting and drill‑down analytics into Synchrony. The move lowered licensing and maintenance costs, sped integration and troubleshooting, saved engineering time, and made report customization easier for both Cincom and its customers—while paving the way to migrate to JasperSoft’s Professional edition and add dashboard capabilities.
