National Institute of Food and Agriculture Moves Toward ‘Open Government’ with Open Source BI Implementation

The National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), a USDA agency that supports agricultural research and education through dozens of partner organizations, struggled with a costly, inflexible proprietary BI platform.
