Jaspersoft’s BI suite complements the TiCares solution to support the full healthcare process flow

Telvent is a global IT and business information services provider whose Global Services division builds solutions for critical sectors, including a Healthcare division that developed the TiCares suite after acquiring ICX Sistemas. TiCares needed advanced, standards-based business intelligence to extract maximum value from its data warehouse and decision-support systems and to present actionable insights across clinical and operational workflows.

Telvent selected the Jaspersoft BI suite for its Java-based integration, reporting, OLAP and ETL capabilities and low cost of entry. Jaspersoft enabled a prototype dashboard for the TiCares Accident & Emergency module and has been rolled out or slated for deployment in multiple healthcare networks (University of Chile, SESPAS, San Juan de Dios), providing rapid prototyping, scalable incremental deployment and improved support for day-to-day through strategic decision-making.
