Hospira, a global specialty pharmaceutical and infusion therapy company, uses Hospira MedNet™ to manage medication safety and dose-error reduction across thousands of infusion pumps in hospitals. As MedNet evolved, Hospira needed a reporting solution that could handle scheduled and ad-hoc reports for large datasets, support multiple languages, date/measurement formats, and be easy for hospital IT and clinical staff to maintain and use.

Hospira evaluated options and chose Jaspersoft—its iReport designer sped developer onboarding and Jaspersoft’s architecture simplified localization and embedding into Hospira’s Java/JBoss/SQL platform.
