eTix is an international web-based ticketing provider that processes over 50 million tickets annually across 40 countries and serves more than 4,100 venues. As a transaction-driven business with 13 years of valuable historical data, eTix needed analytics capabilities to turn that dormant data into actionable business insights.

eTix used Attunity to move data from its Oracle data center into Amazon Redshift and deployed Jaspersoft from the AWS Marketplace to access and analyze the information. Within 10 minutes they could query 13+ years of data, gaining a full data-warehouse solution at about one-tenth the cost of alternatives and enabling them to compete with much larger companies investing millions in data technology.
