When customers asked for a single access point and customizable dashboard to surface BI and application data, Entando chose to partner with Jaspersoft (building on prior experience with its Community Edition) to meet that requirement without diverting from its core portal mission.

Entando delivered a Jaspersoft BI Enterprise Edition connector in Entando 3.0 that provides SSO, REST-based integration, customizable dashboard widgets and mobile report access. The integration lets business users build their own dashboards and reports, reduces IT ad-hoc reporting requests, speeds system integration (about 25% estimated time savings) and enabled partners to create vertical applications, bringing BI directly into the portal experience.
