CTI Solutions Group Advances their Product Lifecycle Management Suite with Jaspersoft

CTI Solutions Group, a Portland-based provider of web-based workflow and product lifecycle management tools, was overwhelmed by growing customer demand for inventory, sales and SKU analytics across 93 countries. Relying on custom Excel and HTML reports required heavy developer maintenance (dozens of onshore and offshore staff), left the company unable to scale, and created a need for a more automated, uniform, real-time reporting solution with multiple presentation formats.
