Skullcandy, a leading global headphones and audio brand, needed to consolidate and better manage its product information to support multiple currencies, languages, and regional inventories. Jasper PIM was engaged to provide its PIM software and services to centralize product data and streamline information distribution across Skullcandy’s e-commerce ecosystem.

Jasper PIM replatformed Skullcandy’s primary consumer sites from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to BigCommerce, completed a full US store conversion followed by rollouts across CDN French, CDN English, the UK, Europe, Germany and France, implemented a custom product-release workflow for staged, scheduled mass releases, and connected SAP ERP and inventory systems to the PIM. As a result, Skullcandy achieved centralized product data, synchronized European and North American inventories, multi-currency/multi-language support, faster product launches, and stronger marketing and distribution capabilities thanks to Jasper PIM.
