Delasco, a dermatology supply company with more than 40 years of experience, needed to move beyond its homegrown website and in-house systems after upgrading to BigCommerce and acquiring several businesses in the skin care industry. With more than 5,000 SKUs and growing operational demands, the team was at capacity and needed a cloud-based solution to manage data more effectively. Jasper PIM helped address this challenge with a custom-designed enterprise solution.

Jasper PIM implemented a system that let Delasco scale to multiple platforms quickly and efficiently, while also creating a true source for internal and external documentation through standardized asset management. Using a custom API, Jasper PIM also connected Delasco’s MS Dynamics ERP system to help maintain data integrity across both systems. The case study does not provide specific numerical performance gains, but it highlights improved scalability, organization, and system consistency.
