Renaissance Dallas Richardson replaced a paper signage process that was time-consuming, difficult to keep accurate, and hard to manage across 28,934 square feet of meeting space and 22 event rooms. Michelle Morales, Director of Event Sales, said the team needed a better way to handle daily reader boards and door cards as schedules changed and meeting hosts requested updates.

JANUS Displays installed digital meeting room boards and vertical directories, along with custom enclosures designed for the property’s interior. The new system made daily tasks more efficient, reduced manual reprinting and replacement, and gave the hotel more ways to communicate event details and other guest information; Morales said the displays looked professional and had “great capabilities,” and that the upgrade was “much-needed.”
