Hyatt Place Indianapolis partnered with JANUS Displays to solve a common hotel challenge: provide automated, on‑brand digital wayfinding and meeting information without adding manual data-entry work for staff. The newly opened Hyatt Place needed displays that integrated with its back-end event-management system to keep guests informed and free employees to focus on service; JANUS supplied digital signage hardware and the VIZIA content management software to meet those needs.

JANUS Displays implemented VIZIA to sync automatically with Hyatt Place’s event system, installed two large interactive reader boards and four room reader boards, and created custom graphics and frames to match the hotel’s design. The hands‑free solution updated maps, meeting schedules and promotions in real time, streamlined content management, and freed staff to spend more time assisting guests—an outcome Hyatt’s GM described as “hands‑free” and self-managing—while leaving room to expand display use for promotions and local advertising.
