DeVos Place, a 162,000-square-foot conference and events facility in Grand Rapids, teamed with JANUS Displays to build out a modern digital signage network to improve wayfinding, guest information and revenue opportunities across high-traffic areas. The challenge was to deploy scalable, high-impact displays and interactive directories that guide visitors to events and amenities while creating advertising and branding opportunities for the venue.

JANUS Displays implemented large-format solutions including a VWC Video Wall Controller–driven 4x4 (16×55") video wall capable of true 8K display, a long 1x8 video wall, daisy-chained 2x2 walls elsewhere, and the JANUS Vizia software to manage mixed content (ads, live TV, event info, weather). Installed with Velociti and supported by JANUS training and remote product specialists, the system now helps thousands of guests navigate the facility for hundreds of events each year, strengthens DeVos Place’s brand and revenue potential, and provides measurable technical capacity (up to 25 outputs per controller and individual 1080p feeds per screen).
