Primary Ethics, a NSW not-for-profit, needed a consolidated and scalable portal to train and manage its large, complex network of volunteers who deliver ethics classes to school children. Their challenge was to move beyond a one-size-fits-all approach for roles like teachers and coordinators and to streamline a complex onboarding and compliance process to support steady growth. Janison implemented its Academy platform to provide Primary Ethics with a customizable learning and management solution. The platform streamlined volunteer tracking, compliance reporting, and communication, leading to a smoother user experience and a significant increase in both student enrolments and volunteer applications. Since 2011, Janison has helped train over 7,500 volunteers, with 763 new ethics teachers fully trained in a single year, enabling the organization to effectively scale its impact.
