Using Apple and Jamf to create a better work experience for people with disabilities

Diamant-groep, an organization that helps adults living with disabilities find work, needed to eliminate paperwork, streamline operations, and keep its mostly remote teams connected on a stable platform. To support this mission, Diamant-groep chose Apple iPhones with Jamf for device management, replacing Windows phones with a solution that was easier for employees to use.

Using Jamf, Diamant-groep deployed and managed 275 devices, with setup and Mail profile deployment taking just five minutes per device. This saved about 30 minutes per deployment compared with its previous smartphones, while also making it easier to fix forgotten PINs and wipe lost devices. As a result, Diamant-groep improved communication, reduced IT workload, and helped more adults with disabilities participate in the workforce.
