Total Comfort, an HVAC company, faced challenges in managing its mobile field workforce. Their technicians used Apple devices, but without centralized management, this led to lost or locked devices, inconsistent app usage, safety concerns while driving, and high replacement costs. They partnered with vendor Jamf, using Jamf Now, to gain control over their device fleet and establish necessary policies.

Implemented via Jamf Now, the solution provided centralized management of iPads and iPhones. Jamf enabled automated app deployments, eliminated personal Apple ID lockouts, and facilitated the rollout of the LifeSaver app for driver safety. This allowed Total Comfort to fully digitize workflows, create their first device usage policy, improve technician safety, reduce device loss costs, and enhance both employee and customer experience.
