Siemens, a globally active company with around 293,000 employees, wanted to improve employee satisfaction by giving staff a better Mac experience and more device choice. Working with Jamf and Accenture, Siemens launched the mMac Service to simplify Mac ordering, setup, and support for employees across locations.

Jamf helped enable zero-touch deployment through Jamf Pro, allowing Macs to be configured and ready the same day, often within 30 to 40 minutes. The program also introduced a fast break-and-fix process with replacement devices within one working day. The results were strong: 98% of users valued the device choice, 87% rated the experience 4 or 5 out of 5, and Siemens reported gains in productivity, motivation, user experience, and satisfaction.
