Rituals, the Amsterdam-based luxury home and body products retailer, needed a scalable way to support its rapid global growth as it moved from PCs to an Apple-first workplace and modernized store operations. The company was also dissatisfied with its previous mobile device management tool, which could not provide zero-day support for Apple releases, so it turned to Jamf Pro and related services to manage a large fleet across headquarters and retail locations.
Jamf implemented a cloud-hosted Jamf Pro environment, supported by JumpStart, Premium Services, and organizational training, to manage Rituals’ Apple devices worldwide. As a result, Rituals successfully deployed and centrally managed 650 MacBooks, 700 iPads, 650 iPhones, and 1,500 iPods, improving stability, security, and efficiency while helping stores stay paperless and enabling better customer experiences.
