Skyscanner, a global travel search company with 1,200 employees across 11 offices, wanted to give its workforce device choice while keeping Mac management scalable and secure. As more teams preferred Apple devices, the company needed a better way to support Macs than its existing Windows-focused setup, and it turned to Jamf Pro and Jamf Cloud to manage the growing Apple fleet.

Jamf implemented a cloud-based Apple device management solution with Jamf Self Service, allowing Skyscanner employees to self-serve common requests and reducing support burden for IT. Skyscanner now manages more than 900 Macs in Jamf Cloud, deployed 160 Macs in one week, and saw support cases drop from one or two per day to about one per month for some users.
