A Jamf Case Study
Dalet Flex faced the challenge of managing a modern, mostly Mac-based workforce across multiple locations while dealing with LDAP authentication, remote office administration, network access, and budget constraints. The company wanted to move away from OpenLDAP without disrupting employee productivity, and it looked to Jamf alongside JumpCloud’s Directory-as-a-Service for a better approach.
Jamf and JumpCloud were used to centralize identity management in the cloud and push user identities into Jamf-managed systems, creating a more streamlined end-to-end workflow. The result was easier onboarding and off-boarding, stronger security for endpoints and networks, centralized control of remote users and offices, and a smoother transition with no disruption to how employees worked.
