Crispin Porter + Bogusky, the Miami-based ad agency, struggled to manage a large fleet of more than 420 Macs, deploy printers efficiently, and support a mostly remote workforce that included users traveling for months at a time. To solve these challenges, they turned to Jamf’s Casper Suite for more centralized Mac client management.

Jamf implemented the Casper Suite to push out printers, software, and security updates through policies and a central server approach. As a result, Crispin Porter + Bogusky could repurpose printers more easily, reduce manual IT tracking, and let remote users receive updates automatically at login, eliminating scheduling headaches and improving support for mobile staff.
