mySugr, a Vienna-based digital diabetes management company with more than 3 million registered users, needed an efficient way to manage a fast-growing fleet of Apple devices while maintaining strong security and compliance. Using Jamf Pro and Jamf Cloud, the company wanted a smoother onboarding process and better control over its macOS environment without adding burden to its small IT team.

Jamf implemented a staged rollout, starting in watch-only mode before gradually applying configurations and management policies. With Jamf, mySugr now manages about 300 Macs with just two IT staff, gets new employees up and running in 2–3 hours, and can more easily support security, remote data deletion, and audit-ready compliance documentation.
