More device support without adding staff members

Lakeville Area Public Schools, a growing district of 11,000 students across 20 buildings, needed a better way to support more than 2,600 Apple devices without adding staff. Before Jamf, the team relied on manual imaging and FireWire drives, making Mac support time-consuming and hard to scale. They turned to Jamf Pro to simplify Apple device management and extend support across the district.

Jamf implemented Jamf Pro and Self Service, enabling IT and even non-technical building staff to handle many tasks themselves. The result was faster deployments, better cross-training, and more efficient support: Lakeville completed a major rollout of teacher Macs in three weeks, minimized site visits during mass imaging projects, and gave teachers and students one-click access to approved tools and troubleshooting. With Jamf, the district said it could expand support, save significant time, and confidently manage future Apple and iOS growth.
