Case Study: Lakeville Public Schools achieves scalable Mac and iOS support with Jamf

More device support without adding staff members

Lakeville Public Schools needed a better way to support more than 2,600 Macs across 20 buildings without adding IT staff, and to get non-technical staff involved in Mac management. Using Jamf’s Casper Suite, the district aimed to replace manual imaging and simplify support across its growing Mac environment.

Jamf implemented Casper Suite with imaging, policies, and Self Service to enable media specialists and building staff to help manage devices, install software, and handle printer setup. The results included faster deployments—one summer’s machine rollout was completed in three weeks instead of a month—less travel for IT, broader end-user self-service, and more efficient support for 60 iOS devices, with plans for further expansion.
