Maryville University wanted to transform higher education with a 1-to-1 learning model, but needed a way to manage thousands of student and faculty Apple devices while supporting a more engaging, personalized classroom experience. The university turned to Jamf Pro and Apple School Manager to power its iPad-based initiative, giving every incoming full-time student an iPad and Apple Pencil.

Jamf helped Maryville University deploy and manage 3,600 iPads, 350 Macs, and 110 iPhones, while also streamlining class setup and app distribution. The result was stronger student engagement, faster app delivery, and major savings of at least $50,000 to $70,000 per semester on app purchases alone, with the desktop equivalent estimated at more than $500,000 annually.
