London School of Economics and Political Science - Customer Case Study

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) faced the challenge of managing a growing number of Apple devices without a centralized solution. They needed to shift the culture of their IT support and empower their users, all while implementing a new student MacBook loan service called Roam. To address this, they partnered with Jamf to deploy its device management solution.

By implementing Jamf Pro, LSE gained a stable and dynamic management system that provided valuable data and reports to its IT staff. The Jamf Self Service portal empowered users to perform their own software installs and maintenance tasks. The Jamf solution was central to the successful launch of the Roam service and facilitated a significant cultural shift. Through transparent communication, Jamf helped LSE move to a managed and secure environment where IT now has a much better view of their entire device fleet and can respond effectively to changes.
