Konfío, a financial technology company in Mexico City, needed a way to support rapid employee growth while maintaining strict security and compliance across a largely remote, Apple-based workforce. Before Jamf, its IT team was spending much of its time on manual device setup, troubleshooting, and constantly changing security requirements, making onboarding and support hard to scale.
Jamf implemented remote device management, zero-touch onboarding, and Self Service app access to streamline deployment and empower employees to solve common issues themselves. As a result, Konfío cut support time from more than half of IT’s time to about 10%, reduced IT tickets, and enabled new hires to start with a Mac on day one while keeping security policies up to date.
