The University of Oxford needed a better way to support a growing number of Macs across a highly decentralized environment, where colleges and departments had very different deployment sizes and support needs. Jamf implemented Casper Suite to help Oxford manage and support more than 150 Macs across wired and wireless users in staff offices, help centers, and lecture rooms. The University of Oxford was able to reach a production-level supported service in just six months, and the solution fit seamlessly into its environment, enabling a proper managed Mac service with faster setup and easier administration.
