Case Study: Simplifeye improves healthcare efficiency and patient engagement with Jamf

A Jamf Case Study

Preview of the Simplifeye Case Study

Improving healthcare with wearable technology

Simplifeye, a New York healthcare technology company, set out to improve clinical workflows by replacing desktop-heavy processes with wearable technology. Using Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad devices connected to electronic medical records, Simplifeye needed a secure way to manage client devices and protect patient data while helping doctors work more efficiently. Jamf Pro was used as the mobile device management solution.

Jamf helped Simplifeye deliver a secure, out-of-the-box platform for healthcare customers and manage the iPhones tied to each Apple Watch. The solution improved office organization, boosted efficiency, and enhanced patient engagement, with doctors able to see patients’ status and information more easily. Simplifeye reported that the approach helps mitigate HIPAA risk and is now used in about 1,500 medical offices across the United States.
