Total Comfort, an award-winning HVAC company in Golden Valley, MN, needed to move its field team from paper-based workflows to a more consistent digital experience. As its technicians used iPhone and iPad devices across customer communication, scheduling, Salesforce, and point-of-sale tasks, the company struggled with unmanaged apps, lost or damaged devices, personal Apple ID lockouts, and vehicle-safety risks. Jamf Now helped Total Comfort centralize device management and create a better experience for both employees and customers.
Jamf implemented device inventory tracking, app and policy control through Blueprints, and Apple Business Manager enrollment to eliminate Apple ID lockouts and standardize devices by role. Total Comfort also used Jamf to deploy LifeSaver Mobile on drivers’ iPhones to reduce distracted driving and improve safety. The result was smoother operations, less time spent troubleshooting, stronger security, safer technicians, and no worker complaints after the policy rollout.
