A Jamf Case Study
Eventbrite, the live-experiences platform, needed a scalable way to manage rapid growth in Apple device deployment. Its small IT team was manually configuring around 1,000 iOS devices for ticket scanning and point-of-sale use, a process that was time-consuming and difficult to sustain as the company shipped devices to 1,300 events in a year.
Using Jamf Pro along with VPP, DEP, configuration profiles, Self Service, and the Jamf API, Eventbrite automated iOS provisioning and streamlined redeployment. The result was a dramatic efficiency gain: device prep time dropped from 3–5 minutes per device to about 30 seconds or less, while Eventbrite could manage Macs and iOS devices together with consistent security controls.
