GOAT, the Los Angeles-based digital platform for buying and selling classic and rare sneakers, needed a way to manage its growing fleet of Apple devices as it expanded into retail locations and scaled operations. The company had more than 1,000 macOS and iOS devices but no dedicated Apple device management solution, so it turned to Jamf Pro to support its IT team and streamline device administration.
Jamf implemented zero-touch deployment, remote management, and Jamf Self Service across GOAT’s warehouses, stores, and offices. With Jamf, GOAT onboarded new employees faster, saved 10–15 IT help tickets per day, mass-updated 300 kiosk machines in about five minutes, and resolved a Black Friday VPN issue for 120 remote employees in under two hours, all with just two IT staff members.
