Forget Computers, a Chicago-based Mac-focused managed service provider, needed a complete client management solution that would let it grow without sacrificing its personal, hands-on support. As its client base expanded across 70+ sites and hundreds of Macs, the company also needed self-service for end users and a way to reduce the burden of after-hours maintenance.

Jamf’s Casper Suite gave Forget Computers remote management, policy-based deployment, asset management, and a Self Service portal so users could install updates on their own. With Jamf, the team streamlined routine work, improved scheduling, and grew from 600+ Macs to 1,000+ Macs and iOS devices while keeping staffing lean; by 2012, they were managing 800+ Macs with a 10-person team and had more time to focus on consulting and customer relationships.
