Essence Academy - Customer Case Study

Essence Academy, a vocational school in Milan and Monza, Italy, needed to quickly move from in-person teaching to fully remote learning during the COVID-19 crisis while still supporting more than 100 staff and over 1,000 students. Using Jamf School, the school had to deploy apps and tools across more than 800 iOS devices and keep education running with minimal disruption.

Jamf implemented Jamf School to create a virtual IT support helpline, deploy Webex to all iOS devices for video conferencing and online instruction, and use SMS and intranet channels to communicate with students and parents. As a result, Essence Academy enabled remote lessons in under 48 hours and continued operations seamlessly, helping students keep learning without interruption.
