A Jamf Case Study
Ergodyne, a St. Paul-based maker of workplace safety gear, needed a simpler way to manage Apple devices for sales, marketing, remote employees, and tradeshow use. Its manual setup process for iPads and MacBooks was slow, hard to scale, and often took two to three weeks per rollout, creating challenges for a small IT team and busy marketing staff.
Jamf implemented Jamf Now, including Blueprints and Jamf Now Teammates, to automate device setup, push apps and updates remotely, and let non-IT staff help manage selected devices. The result was faster onboarding, easier ongoing support, and less manual work for Ergodyne’s one-person IT team, with the company citing streamlined workflows, improved efficiency, and increased sales as outcomes.
