A Jamf Case Study
El Paso Independent School District needed a way to close equity gaps and modernize instruction for its 58,000 students, many of whom lacked reliable access to quality devices and internet at home. The district chose Apple MacBooks for students in grades 6–11 and used Jamf to manage the growing fleet, aiming to support 21st-century learning while keeping technology affordable and manageable.
Jamf helped EPISD manage more than 50,000 Apple devices across the district with Jamf Pro, streamlining deployment, administration, and support. The results included very little hardware downtime, easier device oversight, and broader access to collaborative, personalized learning tools; the district also reported that Macs were more affordable after a full cost evaluation and improved equity by giving every student a device.
