Colle+McVoy, a Minneapolis-based agency with offices in two states, needed to move from Mac OS 9 to Mac OS X and deploy and support a growing fleet of Macs without adding staff. Working with Jamf and the Casper Suite, the IT team aimed to standardize imaging, streamline large-scale deployments, and add Self Service capabilities.

Jamf implemented the Casper Suite to pre-image machines, automate repetitive tasks, and centralize Mac management across 165 computers. The result was a dramatic reduction in post-imaging work—from about two hours to five minutes before imaging—plus faster deployments, easier re-imaging, and more time for IT to focus on users. Colle+McVoy also gained remote inventory, remote updates, and other advanced management features, improving service and reducing the need for additional tools and licenses.
