A Jamf Case Study
Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (KTH), Sweden’s oldest and largest technical university, needed a better way to manage its growing fleet of Mac devices used for research and engineering education. Some Macs were unmanaged or handled by an in-house system, and IT needed a simpler solution to support users more effectively. KTH chose Jamf and Jamf Pro to improve Mac management and give staff and students better self-service access to approved tools.
With Jamf Pro, KTH enrolled nearly 300 Macs, with plans to add many more, and used Self Service to deliver software, printers, and settings while reducing manual IT work. Jamf also helped streamline support for both on- and off-campus users, making it easier for help desk teams to resolve issues and for end users to fix problems themselves.
