A Jambo Case Study
Mercer Peace River Pulp Ltd., a leading pulp mill in Alberta, needed a better way to manage Indigenous engagement across departments. Its existing paper-based and fragmented records made it difficult to maintain a complete history of communications, track commitments, and support its reconciliation and PAIR certification goals. Jambo’s stakeholder relationship management software was selected to centralize this work.
Jambo helped Mercer onboard its team, retire legacy systems, and import all contacts, documents, emails, and commitments into one centralized platform. As a result, Mercer improved planning and delivery of engagement activities, strengthened accountability with a continuous record of interactions, and increased adoption across the organization. Jambo also helped Mercer better meet regulatory requirements tied to PAIR certification and build stronger relationships with Indigenous communities.
