The complexity demanded robust end-to-end traceability, real-time collaboration, and an alternative to documents and spreadsheets that could not scale or ensure quality.

Deloitte selected Jama for integrated requirements and test management (with a JIRA connector), automating traceability, simplifying test execution, and tying defects directly to test cases. The team trained 75 UAT testers quickly, avoided a separate test tool (saving money), met the project deadline, improved transparency and quality, and established repeatable ALM best practices for future modernization programs.
