JAM Recruitment partnered with BAE Systems to help improve candidate engagement and overcome issues with poor recruitment process management and mismatched salary expectations.
JAM Recruitment implemented a dedicated account team, a candidate tracking database, streamlined hiring processes, regular strategic reviews, market intelligence, and targeted marketing campaigns to attract hard-to-fill candidates. As a result, JAM Recruitment became one of only five contract suppliers to BAE Systems in the UK and delivered more than 1,000 permanent and contract placements across multiple UK sites, including filling 40% of a 80+ Detail Designer requirement.
