Amazon partnered with JAM Recruitment during a period of rapid European expansion, when the company needed to recruit high-quality talent for multiple new fulfilment centres, sortation sites and delivery stations across the UK, Germany and other European markets. The challenge was to fill more than 100 roles with exceptional candidates who could demonstrate alignment with Amazon’s 14 Leadership Principles.
JAM Recruitment responded by building a dedicated team and a bespoke recruitment process covering market mapping, passive candidate sourcing, candidate qualification, telephone interviews, and detailed interview preparation for Amazon’s process. The result was over 91 job offers by February 2018, with JAM Recruitment becoming a trusted partner to Amazon and gaining access to additional roles beyond the original remit across engineering, finance, HR, IT, loss prevention and supply chain.
